Frederik Bagger Flagship

Ordered 6 cocktail glasses recently and they are super beautiful! But my sparse stars are partly because 2/6 glasses were damaged upon arrival and that I still haven't received a response from customer service when I wrote to them on 2/24. If those two things hadn't happened, they would have clearly deserved 5 stars because the product is top notch!

Really good service and delicious glasses. I bought several types of glasses, including crispy eight online, and the shipping went smoothly. I had bought a total of 8 glasses and unfortunately there was a defect on one of them. Contacted customer service, who quickly responded to my inquiry. We agreed that I could come by the store because I was nearby on another occasion. I got the glass exchanged and was given the opportunity to check the glass for defects before I took it home. So all in all, great service. The reason I give 4 and not 5 stars is that such defects should be caught in a quality control, especially when the glasses are up in that price range
