Espresso House

Visited Espresso House in Rigshospital, Copenhagen. It’s a small outlet and a good spot for a quick bite with reasonable prices. Seating is available, and the location is easily accessible within the hospital. However, staff could improve their customer service as they seemed a bit difficult to approach. Overall, the experience was good.

Terrible customer service at the one at Rigshospitalet. The waitresses disagreed on who should have last apple caramel snurre - very rudely. And didn’t even try to make up for it. Walk more and go to a proper Espresso House and get the service you deserve.

The staff consists of mainly young personnel that don’t really seem like they like their jobs. This results in a lot of faulty orderings (wrong coffees, wrong food) in the nearly two weeks I’ve been visiting this place. Stram op!!

This is my preferred coffee shop for networking, “working from home”, chilling or catching up with friends. The variety in their drinks and friendly staff are constant features irrespective of location. I highly recommend Espresso House

Unfortunately, I really cannot say anything good about their coffee. The milk was heated up so much it literally made everything taste horrible. I ordered flat white, which is supposed to be strong in flavor, but it so thin that I definitely did not enjoy any of it.
