Copenhagen Coffee Lab

I had a great experience at Copenhagen Coffee Lab. The coffee is truly specialty grade — perfectly extracted espresso with balanced acidity and smooth texture. The flat white was excellent, with silky milk and beautiful latte art. The pastries were fresh and flavorful, especially the cinnamon bun. The atmosphere is minimalist and cozy, ideal for relaxing or getting some work done. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the beans and brewing methods. Prices are slightly above average, but the quality fully justifies it. I’ll definitely come back.

Amazing sourdough buns with delicious cheese. Coffee and drinks was also great 👌 the service on a busy Saturday morning was fantastic 🌅 great place to start the day 🙌

The waffles with Nutella and banana were even above expectations! A combination of fresh ripe fruits with the crispy exterior of the waffle and the soft texture inside.. so delish! We also had avocadomed mulighed which is toasted rye bread with pesto sauce, avocado, greens, pumpkin seed and boiled egg. That’s also a hit! And if you need to get a danish pastry while in Copenhagen, definitely check this cafe off the list!

Congratulation to the new opening. The environment looks very fresh, tidy, straightforward. And the service is very efficient. Don’t need to wait too long, even if there are a lot of customers. But still have a bit feedback about the food and price. The medium size ice latte is charged 50 dkk. feel it is a bit overprice, as a neighborhood cafe. And sometimes the ice latte tastes very milky. The ratio of milk, coffee and ice is not controlled always consistently. They bread and pastry looks good, but tastes just okay level. The portion is alos small. And some of the croissants are relatively flat. Also feel it is a bit overpriced, based on the quality and amount. Sorry for being picky, but just share the overall experience. I think the price is set as the most popular bakery in center, fx hart, meyer, juno etc., but i feel the food i get here is a level downgrade, both quality and amount. Thinking the price is still acceptable here, if the product’s quality and consistency can be improved and maintained better to match the price.
