Coffee Collective Bernikow

Early Saturday morning, it was quiet and empty. I was looking for a good coffee to start my day, this was the spot. The location is right in the center of Copenhagen yet a bit tucked away. I had a double cappuccino , perfectly brewed, very smooth, not bitter at all.

A great specialty coffee spot with excellent coffee, friendly service, and comfortable seating. The quality of the coffee really stands out, and the staff are welcoming and attentive. It’s a relaxed space that works just as well for catching up with friends as it does for sitting down with a laptop. Definitely a place I’d come back to and happily recommend.

Very cute coffee spot! Perfect for sitting down to read or going with a friend. The coffee is amazing quality and the service is friendly. It is pricey but worth it. Plenty of seating area inside and outside. A few pastries only, mainly focused on coffee.

Amazing coffee & lovely inner yard, tucked away from the busy shopping street. Some feedback on the sourdough bun though - extremely scarce on the cheese, almost non-existent. The slice is so light that you barely see it 😅 Hopefully an isolated issue. Still highly recommended for the coffee quality.

Very busy, but friendly staff. My pour over was not as good as I had expectated (it might have taken longer than needed as the baristas were multi-tasking). But I know their beans are very, very good (previous purchase)! Must visit if you are into specialty coffees!
