I wish I could add 6 stars!! I, both by myself and with my husband, have come to The Spot several times, and have always felt so happy walking out of this cafe. The atmosphere and ambience is so relaxing, and the coffee is SO good!! It really feels very warm, peaceful, and chill. The cafe feels like a really nice hangout place (whether you want to spend time with friends or family or coworkers) with comfy couches/seating, and the vibe is very cozy and relaxing. Daniel (the owner) is always super friendly and considerate, and makes the best espresso every single time! (Also, it is very affordable, whilst the food and drinks being fancy and delicious.) Given how amazing everything else is, we're always surprised at how consistently delicious the food is! The sandwiches are really tasty, and so are the pastries. Today, we had a chocolate marzipan pastry, a halloumi sandwich (so good, you have to try it!), and an avocado sandwich on baguette. The baguette has the perfect texture/flavor for a fresh veggie sandwich and the ajvar is a fantastic combo with greens/avocado. Because it is located in a residential area, one might just walk by this place and miss it, but you really would not want to because it's just incredible! Totally worth going in and having a very warm and happy experience. I feel like I'm understating how wonderful this place is, but you HAVE to check it out! It's such a nice place to unwind and enjoy delicious treats.

I had the pleasure of visiting The Spot in Copenhagen, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The breakfast selection is simply amazing – rich, fresh, beautifully presented, and with a wide variety that suits every taste. Everything we ordered was delicious, and you can genuinely feel the quality and care in every dish. The desserts are fresh, indulgent, and absolutely irresistible. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with very comfortable seating that makes you want to stay longer and enjoy every moment. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel relaxed. But above all, what truly makes this place special is the owner. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always smiling. His positive energy creates such a pleasant vibe that you feel more like a guest than a customer. Highly, highly recommended. If you’re in Copenhagen, this is a must-visit spot!

Absolutely fantastic little spot. Had great conversation with the owner, who's hilarious and greeted everyone as if they were old friends. The food and coffee was wonderful, and it was a great space to stay and get some work done while I couldn't be in my apartment. In addition to the Spanish omelette and Greek yogurt, I also purchased an iced latte, a dirty chai, and a Wiener Pecan pastry (at least I think that's what Daniel called it). I'd highly recommend everything on the menu. As someone new to Copenhagen, and Denmark, this is the most welcomed I've felt since I got here!

Daniel's coffee shop is an absolute 10/10!!! The guy is hilarious & the portions and quality of the food was immaculate. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Copenhagen 👌👌👌 ...And he played some of my music on Spotify over the diner. Recommend this spot big time!

Excellent cafe with great pastries, brunch and atmosphere. Have a seat in the outside greenroom for a lovely experience! Very nice owner as well. Hidden gem!
