Weekday mornings are the quietest
Visited the place with a friend. During the whole visit we thought we shouldn't be there because it was so quiet (sound-wise, it was fine with people). Service is very nice, excellent BMO - the only thing missing was the sesame bun (tragic, but we'll survive). Good coffee, crazy smørrebrød - it was like something had hacked my brain, because these are exactly the foods I make at home. The prices are like all other hipster places in Copenhagen now, so it will probably only be at the beginning of the month that we come by 😬

The space itself is absolutely gorgeous, reminds me of Cafe Kolektor in Prague. There’s a lot of potential for little DJ sets, exhibitions and more. It was a bit of a letdown when we visited (Sunday around 13:30) and the dishes we wanted — Thora’s breakfast, yoghurt granola, the pastrami sandwich — were all sold out. No matcha either, which was a shame. The BMO is made with standard Havarti, not Gammel Knas, which was also a bit disappointing. Hopefully these quirks get sorted, as I’d definitely like to visit again ☺️
