Don’t use their gift card system. They don’t work on the site and despite it saying you can present in person to redeem it’s not true. You have to email in advance. The staff were not helpful or trained well to handle the request for reimbursement. The location staff said they are unable to do anything. When I emailed the support, they were also not helpful. We ended up having to pay way more than we wanted because of the limitations of their system and their inability to address our request to redeem and later reimburse the gift card. I won’t be back and regret buying gifts here.

Oh my god. What an amazing place. When i went it was totally empty, not sure if its usually like that. The routes were great, and the employees were super nice. Would definitely love to visit again!

Beta Boulders Sydhavn is always a bit of a treat for me, since I don’t live nearby. It's a place I go when I want to reward myself with a really good boulder session. There are lots of boulders to try out, with a good mix of styles and levels. Also it doesn't feel that busy because it's very spacious. Also nice café and coffee

Very cool gym with lots of natural light and fresh air, setting was a bit soft and confusing with the comp in place and not properly explained. Love the locker system and fresh air when the doors are open during a sunny day.

Nicely lit boulder place close to the canals. Very friendly staff. Interesting and challenging lines. Good difficulty ladder with 7 steps. Nice color coding, which is helpful for beginners. Shoe rental, showers. Everything you wish. We went with the family on our holiday trip and everyone had fun. Prices were fair. Thanks for having us. Full recommendation. 🙌🏼
