Bakkehusets Orangeri

Nice place to sit. The food does not live up to expectations. The salmon tasted and smelled of fish. Fresh salmon does not. The grapefruits were not caramelized, and one grapefruit was rotten at the bottom and tasted nasty. The cheese was dry around the edges of the small pieces we got. The buns are small and had no taste of sourdough. The rest of the food was fine, and nice with tea and juice ad libitum The staff was friendly, but inexperienced. The waiter dropped the tomatoes on the table and was relieved that I wanted to eat them anyway, because there was supposedly "stress" in the kitchen.

Lovely spot for a coffee break; not many veggie options but the existing ones are good. Great oat cappuccino, but a bit disappointed in the presentation of the tiramisu (tasty but the looks have to improve). Really nice vibe at the seats outside :)

First a visit to Bakkehuset. Fantastic and helpful custodians. But it's the Orangerie that's the point: Very simple menu. There were three of us, celebrating Britta's birthday, and we went through the entire menu. Lovely dishes and plenty of food at absolutely reasonable prices. The chef managed everything with humor and warmth. Here in the cool times, there are blankets and not much heat. It's an Orangerie, but it's an experience. This is the second time I've been, the first time was this summer, when the garden was in full bloom. Fantastic! P. S. Nice museum shop, and as far as I can tell, an adventure-drawing and poetry land where kids and adults can have fun together.

Best smørrebrød in DK.... Or atleast what i have tried, pricy but worth it 👍

The coffee was really good. The cheesecake was delicious. The bun with cheese and butter was nice and filling. Great place to enjoy your coffee.
