This is my favorite soft serve ice cream shop, a chain that operates in Thailand. I love the delicious milk and natural sweetness. I also like that it's reasonably priced.

I don't know if the branch owner knows or not, but I want you to know that the employee who said this should have a more polite service mind and a more polite service method. He yelled like he was displeased, which is terrible. You can go back and look at the camera and listen to the young man's voice at 10:31. Shouldn't the manager have trained him before providing service like this? It makes me not want to sit and eat at the restaurant. The atmosphere isn't any better. You can look at the evidence on the camera. It's not okay.

The drinks are delicious, but the ladyboy staff acted like they didn't want to sell their products. I think the owner should hire employees who really want to work, or if you're the owner, you should provide better service.
