Please wait there as you don’t want to miss the freshly toasted buns to go cold as the cheese will loose its chewy & stretchy feeling Collect my toast and straight away dig in. THB 85 for Japanese mentako and seaweed toast. Its not filling just a quick bite for me Will try the ice cream cheese next time or their bagel variety

Happy to find this place. Delicious first meal in Chiang Mai!! The Cheese ice cream with crispy bacon goes so well. Never tried anything like this before~ Mentaiko Cheese toast is so cheesy. Must try 😆 ~

The staff were extremely unfriendly, and the food was terrible. The bacon was overcooked and dry, and everything felt overly greasy and unhealthy — pure junk food. With so many better food options nearby, there’s really no reason to eat here. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

THE VOLCANO at One Nimman is such a cozy spot to sit and relax. At first, I thought the prices would be high because of the location, but I was surprised—they’re actually very reasonable for this area. An iced green tea is just 45 baht! The must-try item here is the Pocket Cheese Toast—crispy, fragrant, and absolutely delicious, with gooey, stretchy cheese inside. Perfect comfort food to go with your drink. 👉 A great place to chill, enjoy good snacks, and not break the bank while hanging out at One Nimman. Dr. Niwech

I stumbled across this gem, and it did not disappoint. I initially went in for the egg cream toast, only to find out it’s no longer on the menu. The cashier recommended the strawberry toast when I mentioned I wanted something sweet. When she asked if I wanted cheese, I was a bit skeptical about the combination, but I’m glad I went for it. The whole strawberry cheese toast had unexpected flavors and the toast itself was extremely delicious – crispy, rich, and satisfying in itself! Highly recommend the place if you’re looking for something unique and different. I bet everything on the menu taste great.
