Oh my!! The mango sticky rice ice cream is the winner 🏆 this will be my new favorite when I'm visiting Thailand.

Delicious desserts and great customer service. We ordered the cookies & cream sundae which was delicious, and the Nutella chocolate toast with vanilla ice cream - amazing, but I would've loved a bit less butter on the toast. Overall, five stars!

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but this time I simply can’t stay silent. I will not be returning to this place. The service was terrible. We waited for quite some time just to place an order. Eventually, I approached the staff myself to order, but they told me to wait and continued chatting with each other without even apologizing for the delay. When my dish was finally brought out, it was half empty. I went to ask why it looked like that, and I was told that this was how it was supposed to be. Half of the glass was filled with wafer crumbs. However, at another location of the same chain, the same dish looked completely different — it included brownies and even bananas. Instead of apologizing or replacing the dish, the staff member in the red uniform kept arguing with me. The dish was only replaced after I complained for the third time. I then waited another five minutes, and they brought out the exact same glass again — nothing had been changed. No compensation, no complimentary item, no discount was offered. What a shame. For a chain establishment of this level, the staff and the quality of service leave much to be desired. my review will be for Swensens in Chiang Mai(but to tell you the truth all swensens wherecer you go is the same good quality and same decor and same dress code for waitress) The Swensens in Chiang Mai is located in 2 places....i have been there in all 2 places one is located in Maya MALL AND the other is located in Central Festival Mall The decor is nice....the staff very polite(and dress the same anywhere you go) but all the money is on the ice-creams and sweets!!! for me it is the BEST BAKERY SHOP in all Thailand!!! chocolate lava.....nutella brownies....dark chocolate ice cream....cakes....EVERYTHING GREAT!!!!! MY FAVOURITE PLACE FOR ICE CREAMS!!!

2018: Always delicious. Kids can never walk past a Swensens without going in. 2023: Back again, delicious as always, went here for the daughter's 6 year old birthday ice cream treats.
