Best coffee chain. However, Customer service is lacking at this particular location as they forgot my name on my coffee which I gave the cashier who smiled at me and didn't write it on the cup. The customer shouldn't need to then interupt the barista after the coffee is made.Besides that , lacks sufficient seating due to weekend market which they knew prior to setting this location up. Had to clean the table my wife and I sat at prior as it had not been cleaned. Trash on the floor.

If you’re looking for one of the only places in Chiang Mai that DOESNT have a bidet in the men’s toilet, THIS IS THE PLACE! Even the worst hostels in the city have them installed. What a disgrace for an international coffee chain!!! Friends don’t let friends drink corporate garbage coffee anyway. Do yourself a favor and get better coffee literally anywhere!

It’s too crowded to stay. The drink warms in my hand, with nowhere to sit. The restroom is closed, a sign reads Out of service. Some people stand on the narrow stair landing, setting their drinks down to eat. Only the counter keeps selling.

Bought the chiang mai souvenir mug here. Overall it was good. Ordered matcha latte and matcha croissant. Good location.

This Starbucks is in a great location. You can see Chiang Mai's famous ancient buildings from the second floor. No tickets are required. There are flocks of pigeons in front of the door, but I still recommend that you come at night.
