At 4:35 PM on December 29, 2025, the staff member was very impolite and had a very rude expression. I saw the matcha sign in front of the store and went in to ask for the green tea menu. The staff member made a face and replied that they didn't have green tea, only matcha. She really did make a face. Her manners were terrible. It completely ruined my thirst, even though I frequent this branch often. I won't be visiting again.

Bad service🥲 The shop opens at 8 AM, but we arrived at 7:47 AM because we saw the shop was open, but there was no sign in front of the shop. We walked into the shop and 2 employees frowned and were displeased, then said, "The shop opens at 8 AM," in a bad tone.

They sell coffee, bread, and pastries. If you get tired of wandering around, you can sit down, have a coffee, and enjoy afternoon tea. The staff are very friendly.
