Shaker House

I really liked it here until my packages began turning up missing and management seemingly refused to do anything to help. There are cameras around but i guess it doesn't matter, no one will look at them, thieves are just allowed to steal things with impunity. Yes, you can have your things delivered elsewhere but you should NOT have to. There are elderly people who live here and they shouldn't have to be at risk for having important things like their medicine stolen from thieves who live here.

The property management really could care less about their residents it seems. My husband has had an apartment here for 13 years and is only still here because he signed resigned before we got married. There's been more than once that they didn't have hot water for a weekend and now every time he gets a package delivered, it is stolen and they flat out said they are not doing anything about it.

I have an event planning and catering business...back in September I did a wedding here...the place is clean but somewhat dated especially in the kitchen. The price for half the room needs to be the price for the whole room. The right decorations can really make the place come alive...overall it's a relatively nice place for an older couple or for someone looking for a small intimate venue.for a decent price.

Nice venue for party or reception. My sister had her birthday party there and everyone had a great time!
