The lemon cake here is just sublime. Moist cake layers, perfect structure, tartness just the way I like it, and the cake is light to the taste. Absolutely a place to release your craving for cakes or sweets. The cafe also oversees the water and the coming traffic in a serene way, good place to spend time at.

Cozy little cafe with open seating for few, cheerful staff. Ham-cheese was great, latte was nice, a bit dark for a latte. Cakes were fresh. Macademia cheesecake was great! There is a detergent-included laundromat right next door. Takes about 45 mins. So it's convenient to get the laundry done while getting a coffee here. It does tend to get busy.

True masters of espresso. This is one of those rare places where every step of the process is done with precision and respect for the craft. You can choose between a medium roast Thai–Laos blend or a dark roast Thai blend — both roasted and extracted perfectly. Each bean type has its own dedicated grinder, calibrated to deliver exactly 15 grams of coffee. After dosing, the barista uses WDT needles to evenly distribute the grounds, followed by a leveler and tamper for perfect consistency. The extraction is spot-on: 30 ml in precisely 30 seconds. The result? A flawless almond-colored crema, a cup that’s neither overheated nor under-extracted — just beautifully balanced and full of character. Every espresso is served with a small glass of water (I’d personally suggest a slightly smaller one, since it’s meant just to cleanse the palate — but that’s a minor, personal note). For this level of attention to detail and repeatable perfection, you could easily compete with some of the best espresso bars in Italy or Portugal. And honestly — if I had to choose anyone’s espresso (apart from my own 😉) — I’d choose yours! Congratulations, Rich Coffee House — truly exceptional work.
