Punspace Wiang Kaew

I consider this place the gold standard for coworking spaces in Chiang Mai. They have all the amenities that matter to me personally — lumbar-support chair availability, true 24-hour access, including holidays, which is a huge plus if you work odd hours, and a location where I can navigate in/out easily during the day. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, and they speak English very well, which makes everything easy. The workspace itself is quiet and well-designed, and I consistently get a lot of work done during the day. Parking is also surprisingly easy, with plenty of spots available even during peak season. Overall, it’s a very comfortable, professional, and reliable place to work. Highly recommended.

Taking extra money for external monitor feels like a rip-off. Some chairs are old and broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. You have to spend time figuring out which chair to choose instead. Other than that - just a place to work at peace. Nothing going on here.

Good place to work - I spent a month there. Large desks, in the "private workplace" version, super comfortable chairs. Stable WIFI, possibility of connecting to LAN Large, peaceful garden next door giving the possibility of working outside. In the immediate vicinity there is a nice cafe, perfect for breakfast or coffee. I recommend

The green space is a lovely addition, offering a refreshing break area. Most importantly, the internet service is fast and reliable, a crucial factor for any coworking space. Despite the place being larger than expected and hosting many people, it remains quite peaceful, allowing for a productive work atmosphere. Overall, Punspace comes highly recommended for anyone needing a dependable and well-equipped coworking space.

However, the music at night from the Barking Jac are too loud, so I would recommend bringing earplugs or a good active noise-cancelling headphones/earbuds in order to  be able to concentrate and focus, even those you might want to check out the "after party" after work :)
