Subject: From Consistency to Uncertainty: An Open Letter to Natwat Home Café from a Loyal Patron To the Management of Natwat Home Café, I am writing this letter to express my profound disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at your café on January 2, 2026, at 8:57 am. As a loyal customer who has consistently supported and trusted your establishment since 2024, today’s experience was deeply upsetting and, quite frankly, embarrassing. What I encountered this morning was not merely a refusal to allow my dog into the air-conditioned zone; it was a total failure of professional communication. I have attached several photos from my previous visits throughout 2024 and 2025 as evidence that, for nearly two years, your café’s policy has allowed well-behaved pets in the indoor area. My dog has always been welcomed and has strictly followed all house rules. Today’s incident raises several concerning questions regarding your brand’s standards: Professional Problem Solving: The staff member informed me that I could not stay inside because of their personal "pet fur allergy." In a self-proclaimed "Pet-Friendly" establishment, I find it unprofessional that internal staffing issues were shifted onto a loyal customer. A professional solution would have been to have another staff member attend to our table, rather than forcing a regular patron to leave the premises. Public Embarrassment and Lack of Decorum: The staff chose to confront and reject me loudly in front of other guests. This created a highly negative atmosphere, making me and my pet look "disrespectful" in the eyes of others. Consequently, a neighboring table (foreign tourists) misunderstood the situation and asked me to leave. Being "shamed" in public due to a staff member's communication style is the most distressing experience I have ever had at a supposedly professional café. Inconsistent Policy: Claiming to be a "new staff member who doesn't know the rules" is not a valid excuse for compromising the service standards that a regular customer has relied on for years. If a policy has changed, there should be clear signage or a polite notification upon entry—not a confrontation in the middle of a meal. The attached photos prove that I am a customer who loves and has long supported your business, and that my dog is calm and disciplined enough to share a space with others. Today's experience has severely damaged the image of Natwat Home Café that I once admired. I hope this feedback encourages you to re-evaluate your staff training and internal management. I trust that you will take steps to ensure that no other "pet-loving family" has to endure such an embarrassing and exclusionary experience again. With deep disappointment, Ricky T. Delicious food, I really recommend to try the breakfast quesadilla 🤤 Coffee also is very good and stuff is super friendly.
Huge servings, delicious food, reasonable prices, nice ambience, great service.
For a small café, Natwat does not feel crowded, the ambience is very calm and inviting. Our service was wonderful, with those little touches of noticing us right when we walked in and suggesting alternatives to things they were out of. They get all of the little touches right. Lovely seating inside or outside in the garden area.
