Weekday mornings are the quietest
We stayed all day! It was a great day out filled with many different board games. There are lots to choose from, including two-player options. We bought snacks from the upstairs and got hot fresh food from downstairs. We also started the day with a strawberry Mango smoothie 😋 The toilets were clean and well maintained. The chairs in a game Mezz were comfy and the staff were great. I definitely recommend coming.
Very nice place with a wide variety of drinks and healthy food, such as salads and bowls. They also sell handmade crafts and eco-friendly products, which gives the place a unique and special touch. On the second floor, there is a spacious room with many board games, perfect for relaxing or spending time with friends. A cozy and original spot where you’ll want to stay longer😍✨😉
If you are a tourist in the old town / moat area, this is probably the board game cafe to hit up. It’s a small space, above an eatery, but the selection is well curated — if limited. There are party games, Ameritrash, children’s games, Euros, light and medium weight games alike. This isn’t going to be the place to play the latest or heaviest games, but it’s a great place to play a game in between visiting temples and feeding the elephants. I went around noon on a Wednesday, and the place was empty. It seems like it would be easy to bring a traveling companion, get a quick game in with minimum fuss, and move on to your next adventure. Keep in mind the signage is small, I drove right by the shop without even realizing it. Even when walking by, it may be difficult to catch that the board gaming area is inside another establishment. Make sure to look closely!
We visited in October 2025 as a couple. Its a cool place to enjoy a relaxing time. We played 2 games and spent 2 hours. The staff was kind to teach and play with us. We also ordered a drink from another cafe downstairs and got a complimentary icecream.
Super impressed with set up, ended up spending 12 hours there, went through a great range of games. Started with Pandemic followed by PowerPoint Grid, Parks and Architects of the West Kingdom. Johnny (game meister) joined us through each adventure. Spent 12hrs at the place through typhoon Kajiki and enjoyed every minute, worth every penny and value for money and memories for a lifetime
