Black Canyon Coffee

I had a very unpleasant experience buying coffee at the airport. The Thai staff was impatient during ordering and spoke negatively about customers right in front of us. This was very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend buying coffee here.

I initially ordered a vegetarian fried rice, however what was served contained chicken. I informed the waiter that we do not eat chicken and requested a vegetarian replacement. Unfortunately, instead of preparing a fresh dish, the same plate appeared to be returned with the chicken removed. Small pieces of chicken were still present in the meal. This raised concerns about food handling standards and attention to dietary requirements. While mistakes can happen, the response to the issue was disappointing. Other than that, the atmosphere was nice and less busy than downstairs. Food selection was good too and the staff members were friendly enough.

Black Canyon at Chiang Mai Airport (Domestic Outside) is a convenient and comfortable spot to grab a bite before your flight. Located near Gate 3, it’s perfect for a quick stop to enjoy a meal. The menu offers a great variety of food, and everything I tried was delicious. The dishes are flavorful, satisfying, and definitely worth the price – a great value for airport dining. I felt really happy with my visit here. The food quality is excellent, and the service was friendly and efficient. It’s an ideal place to relax and refuel before your journey, whether you're traveling for business or leisure. If you're at Chiang Mai Airport and looking for a tasty, affordable meal, I highly recommend Black Canyon. It will definitely make your wait more enjoyable and your day more flavorful

Located just at the entry to the checkpoint for international flights, nice place to sit around till the crowd clears and then clear the customs and security for your flight. Coffee and tea here are decent but nothing special. Decent place to get a drink to kill some time but that’s about it.

Airport coffee. Blackcanyon coffee means a good consistently tasty cup of coffee. Service is professional. Typically, quick and easy. Comfortable seating inside the airport with free WiFi. There is only 1 dark roast offered. There is ample supply of snacks and yummy sweet treats. Price is fair
