The room's are alittle expensive during peak season but accurately described and comfortable. There is a coffee shop, salon, restaurant, tour agency and small convenience store available within the building. Amenities include rooftop pool, gym and 24hr security guards. Beautiful sunrise and sunset from the roof.
Stayed here for 4 days. Its very comfortable. Not overrun with partiers. Relatively clean. Love the rooftop pool, but given the number of rooms it could be larger. Dont miss the very roof top sunrises and sunsets. OK location, a bit of a walk to the old city, but that was a bit underwhelming anyway.
Stayed here on Airbnb booking and was not super impressed. The bed and the couch were rock hard and stiff. The pool rooftop is always full and crowded and elevators take a while to come. Chiang Mai is a fun city, but I wouldn’t return again and would look elsewhere.
Terrible experience and a nightmare. I booked room B708 and 12B05. As you can see from the pictures and videos, it’s absolutely disgusting, and when I contacted the host, he was very rude and basically told me to go to a 5 Star hotel if I want a clean place. And he said he will not even refund me. All this after an 18 hours journey to get to Chiang Mai.
Not sure about others’ experience but I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was even better than I expected, with a nice view. Just make sure to ask the landlord about the details before booking. The location is also pretty good! It’s right next to the Shangri-La Hotel and not far from the old town. Plus, there’s a coffee shop downstairs, which was super convenient. Recommended!
