The atmosphere at the restaurant is great. The food is quite tasty. However, I would like to ask the owner to be more strict about the employees who directly touch the food, namely the ones who make the noodles. I was sitting by the riverside and saw the employee who was making the noodles standing there picking her teeth. After a while, I saw her running her hand through her hair and scratching her head. Then, a few minutes later, when the order came in, she reached out to grab some noodles to add to the boiling. I would like to ask you to emphasize this point a bit. Thank you very much.
