Weekday mornings are the quietest
One of the loveliest café in Budapest. Winderful ambience and youll find the true Buda spirit. Forget about Starbucks and similars and give yourself some time to rest and enjoy the delicious coffee. Silvia is the Owner and will Make your day with her dedication to detail. Love the place!
Lovely little cafe tucked out the way. Couldn't eat in due to a party coming, but very apologetic about it. Really lovely service, nice tea and mocha
Lovely little cafe down one of the residential areas between the palace and buda tower. Good selection of drinks and cake. Was very quiet as we were the only ones there. Looked like a few locals popped in for takeouts. There was a private garden which would have been nice to sit in as there are no outside seats. Shame.
It was a small café with open doors on the hills but really nice and cozy when you sit under the heater-lamp with a blanket on your lap. The owners are both really friendly and nice, it was like self-service since you have to order at the counter but they bring it out to you. Plus, one of them advised us to sit behind the doors under the lamp so we don't freeze. The sandwiches were yummy and the orange chocolate cake she recommended was also really delicious. The mulled wine is also recommendable.
Lovely and so good! The owner is a lovely girl that has a lot of passion for what she does, so kind and lovely. The desserts are amazing and the coffee&tea peculiar and great. The cafe is in a quiet area near Matthias Church. 100% recommend if you are in Budapest!
