Tchibo

One of the nicest services in Budapest. They are so polite and patient, especially with elderly guests which is quite rare these days ❤️ Always smiley, making you feel welcome!

We had a chestnut cappuccino, coconut - strawberry latte and a carrot cake. They all tasted good and were nicely made. Staff member recommended the chestnut cappuccino for me and that tasted really good. The carrot cake was fresh and delicious. At first the place was full when we walked by and were no seats. So we did some shopping first and came back, then good few tables were free. It's a busy place, people are constantly going and coming.

I asked for ristretto coffee and I got espresso. If you don’t have rostretto program on coffee machine just remove the cup when u make espresso. Easy solution..

Worst customer service ever. I have ordered some non-food items from Tchibo online, the items were oversized, the shelf was broken. It can happen, no worries. Upon informing Customer service on the issues, they advised to order again to one of the shops - I have ordered to Mammut Tchibo. However when I have arrived there they told me to pay again, they will not change the products, Tchibo customer care is a different company (!), so I can do whatever I want with the wrong products, they will not take it back there. Receptionists and even the so-called manager were arrogant, unpolite, as for their sales/leader skills they are more for a counter of a festival or maybe even not there as they should not deal with humans at all. Shame for Tchibo - this customer care is absolutely not corresponding with the quality of their products.

The best coffee network in Hungary! Particularly this coffee-shop in Mammut is very cozy with a perfect team creating a friendly atmosphere with their professional service!
