Asking for a ham and cheese and a buttered croassan both service cold when even the cheese could not melt, and asking for eat it in with a regular latte and apple pie. latte served-in take away cup when addressed it be eating in, they questioned me if I told them, which I did before I would pay than the cashier started to pull faces straight and the olteady begged croissants even thrown onto a plate… still I was trusting in the brand but went upstairs and tables packed with empty coffee mugs… so had to sit down beside toilets. Cleaner coming wiping the table while I try to eat the ice cold croissant and taking my solviets. Avoid this place at all cost. Worst experience ever. Absolute immatures…

AVOID THIS GIRL AT ALL COST!!! This is the fourth time I’ve experienced the same issue with the same staff member. Unfortunately, I don’t know her full name — her badge is impossible to understand the writting starts with “T” I guess and is written in green ink— but she is a blonde girl wearing a pony tail, who was working today, 31 December 2025 at around 13:45 at the till. She consistently fails to take orders correctly. Today, she assumed my order was “drink in” when I clearly wanted take away. As a result, I was given my coffee in a ceramic mug, it went cold, and I was forced to drink a cold coffee I did not ask for — entirely due to her decision, not mine. I am a regular customer, and honestly, when I see her at the till, I feel like leaving because I already expect something to go wrong. This should never be the case in a customer-facing role. On multiple occasions, in addition to the repeated order mistakes, her attitude has been poor, coming across as irritated and unprofessional, as if she is in a bad mood and taking it out on customers. I have decades of experience in customer service worldwide, and this level of service is unacceptable. Her performance and attitude require supervision and corrective action by a manager. Repeated mistakes combined with a negative attitude should not be ignored. Every time this staff member is working at this Starbucks branch, the experience becomes unpleasant. This needs to be addressed!!!

Trains are close, underground is close. I always feel welcomed here :) Perfect place for work, or just chill and enjoy life :)

We grabbed a coffee with a sandwich there. Everything was tasty and fresh. There are two stories here, different seating options. The staff speak English (important for foreigners), polite and pleasant. You could ask to-go paper cup or ceramic mug. The toilet works with an entry code, and you could find it on the receipt.
