Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
Strange concept for a cafe. They don't have any ceramic cups for dine-in customers, only paper ones. To make matters worse, they charge you extra for the paper cup. It feels like a hidden fee for something that should be standard. Not the best experience if you want to enjoy your coffee in a proper mug.
We really enjoyed our time here. The two girls working there were really kind and helpful. The pastries are also delicious!
The staff was extremely disrespectful, very rude, and very defensive. If they can't handle a busy operation, consider training them on how to be polite, proper etiquette, handling guests, and at least to smile. The staff (short hair with very rude personality) was literally shouting at us to finish the order, and she's lucky I didn't respond to her. Then, there was a fight regarding an espresso shot that was taken from the hand of a customer in front of me and thrown in the garbage (staff jaula or something similar), which showed a very bad attitude.
Great experience. They were giving out free hot chocolate and let you spin a prize wheel. I ended up winning a cookie. Super fun and a nice surprise.
I really think Starbucks is a winning brand. The stores are well-designed, comfortable, inviting, and even the pastries are excellent, but the coffee needs to change A.S.A.P. It can't be that in 2025 you will be serving cappuccino with bubbles. The coffee machine's steamer is huge and dispenses milk with bubbles instead of creamy milk. I'm sure you have excellent and smart people working for you, but for me on a personal level, it influence the experience. A simple customer's advice/tip is to give your employees a barista course and make sure to froth milk professionally. It's the same time and it levelup the experience significantly.
