i order ice ube vanilla latte but taste more latte .i dont taste ube ? too sweet .. and a lot of ice ..starbucks cappuccino is taste bad ….

Asked for two ice coffee with no cream because I'm allergic to cream, we received two hot coffee and and when I said we ordered iced coffee the staff just ignored us and carried on serving people I had a sip as I wasn't happy but thought I'd just take them and sip it contained cream . I am shocked how your staff don't take allergies seriously.

Good afternoon. I have visited this place before, as the coffee here is truly delicious. Today, I couldn’t sit on the terrace and noticed a young couple lying on the sofa with their feet on it. Since there were no drinks on their table, I asked an employee to address the situation and request that they leave the sofa. I was told that this was a “normal situation.” It was very unpleasant to see the girl’s feet in shoes on a sofa where guests usually sit. I hope that next time similar situations will be handled appropriately, regardless of the fact that I am a foreigner. Thank you for your attention!

There was an older guy, I think some kind of manager (??) And he was really rude. I orderd a Pumpkin spice latte with oat milk no cream. When he handed me, it was made with whipedcream. I told him that I wasn't asked for cream, and he rolled his eyes and remade my drink. And I just don't know why I deserved it...yeah... never again.
