It advertises itself as a tea house, but if you don't order a hookah for 2 people, you can't stay, regardless of whether you want to have tea. Oh, and they only accept kp... Obviously
It wasn't very trustworthy online, but the group wanted to go here to chat and spend some time after school. There were 23 of us, to which the "waiter" reacted very annoyed. By the way, the place was almost empty, so we didn't understand. Then he ushered us into a separate section, where he told us that everyone had to buy a pipe, even though many of us would have just gone for tea, since that's the name of the place... and when we said that several of us only wanted tea and food, he told us in an indescribable style that we wouldn't do that anymore. Then he also said that only one person should go up to him, he didn't want to see the faces of several of us. That's when I told the students that we were leaving. Many of them left, and I stayed to chat with those who wanted to stay over the very overpriced tea. When he came the second time, this gem of a host remarked that there were only so many of us. I said that many of us didn't like the style. He smiled at that. We then wanted to order a few more, but since we didn't do it in 1 minute, he left in irritation. I decided not to stay here for another minute. I can't believe how this place was able to throw away tens of thousands that so many people would have left. I don't recommend it to anyone, it's horrible, I hope karma teaches the employees of this place that this is not allowed. Don't go anywhere near this place! Namaste!
The service is reluctant, the jugs are dirty. The other day I sat down to meet a friend with whom we couldn't hear each other because another "nice guest" who was an acquaintance or girlfriend of the bartender was screaming on his phone. (Which is disgusting in itself to be playing reels on speakerphone, making phone calls and using Duolingo in a restaurant, and the height of incivility when this is not clear to someone) First I went over and asked him to turn it down because I couldn't hear my friend. He calmly said "but then I can't hear you" (as if there were no headphones) we put up with it for a while, then we turned to the staff to please tell him to turn his phone down. who also wanted to transfer US because some acquaintance of theirs was incapable of behaving in a civilized manner. I don't know whose fault it was that they couldn't fix it, but this attitude is what keeps the place at the level of hospitality it is at. I can't recommend it wholeheartedly, because they can't even meet the minimum standards of cleanliness and normal service, you'll be the one being tossed around instead of fixing their friend and saying "Behave yourself"
It's a really dirty place, as soon as we entered, the condescending attitude of the minority waiter towards us was noticeable, there were 5 of us and we wanted to order 1 large hookah, then he told us that he could give us at least 3 large hookahs for 5 people, this was obviously condescending, then I asked if I understood correctly that we can't order 2 for the 5 of us if we know that we can't smoke 3 large ones, then the sparrow asked me if I could read, at this point I told him that they wouldn't give us a penny and we'd better leave, so I don't recommend it to anyone
Great place to meet someone new and talk to. Nice staff and smily faces. Different range of tarott cards and the crystals. As for the smoke. Don't know didn't bother.
