Pepe & Milán

What a fantastic way to kick off our trip to Budapest! My friends and I were lucky enough to stay right near Pepe and Milan’s and went there for our first meal in Budapest. The food was absolutely incredible. We all loved our paninis and the baked goods and drinks were fantastic as well. The raspberry matcha even had freshly muddled raspberries which was great! Our server was Milan, who was the best! He gave us lots of great recommendations for our trip to Budapest. 10/10 recommend this great cafe!

I stopped at Pepe & Milan for breakfast on the way to the thermal baths and it felt like a perfect warm-up: It was exactly the kind of place you hope to find first thing in the morning. Friendly staff, great coffee, and a great Hungarian breakfast (and not expensive).

Great space and relaxing atmosphere. Cozy spots inside and an excellent first floor with a very colourful ambience. The food is great. I recommend the pancakes with Nutella and banana, and a croissant with jamon and cheese. Coffee tastes great and it is made with authentic Italian coffee machine. Service is very good.

This cafe is a cute hidden gem, the ambiance is great and people are very friendly. I really liked the pistachio croissant with raspberry, iced matcha 🍵 & the fresh OJ 🍊. It’s a great place to hang out and relax.
