Molnár's Kürtőskalács

Went there twice to get my chimney cake fix. Each time the chimney cakes were hot and fresh and rolled with the topping we want. It’s best cooled down but it was nice to have a freshly baked one.

Very nice place where to sit and taste a delicious chimney in Budapest! We tryed the pistacchio chimney and it was so delicious! We really liked seeing the preparation of chimneys happening in front of us and here the product are 100% fresh. The chimney was big compared to others and the price was very good. We really like it!

Best chimney cake in Budapest!! Great prices. Hot fresh and crispy chimney cakes. Quick service. Plenty of clean seating. Free toilets. Have come back here many times and quality is consistent.

This was by far the best one I’ve had in the city, the dough is soft, warm, and perfectly caramelized on the outside. What really sets it apart, though, is the ice cream. Unlike the artificial, low-quality ice cream you often find at other spots, this one is creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious. The combination with the kürtőskalács is heavenly and makes it a must-visit for anyone with a sweet tooth. Definitely a highlight of my Budapest trip!

You get a light sweetness from the crust and a gentle yeasty note from the center. Tip: enjoy half while it’s fresh from the oven, then have the other half after it’s rested for a few hours or overnight—you’ll get two different experiences. ➕ Toppings Tried almond, walnut, and cinnamon.
