Came here today with a friend because this place was recommended. Quite disappointed. Came in and people working there were just staring at us, customer service isn’t the greatest. Food was not fresh what so ever. Got a dessert and there was hair in it. Clearly not very great hygiene also. Only good thing I’ll say is the young girl working at the till was very sweet. Made a great caramel latte :)

We stopped to take a short break. The place is nice, the staff are fine... but the size of the chai latte is very disappointing considering the price... for the same price at Costa Coffee, you get twice as much.

A beautiful place to sit and watch the yellow leaves fall in autumn, right in the center, near the walking street.

A real disappointment due to complete lack of service by two female staff. Impolite and overly self assured letting one wait and giving snappy response when asking simple questions about products. We stopped here for a quick break. We ordered omelette and 2 drinks. The egg was good. The drinks were fine too. So if you are tired and need a place to rest, this is the place. It was near our hotel too😀
