The prices, flavors, and portions are completely reasonable for a restaurant. The service is nice.
Basically, they are expensive and serve poor quality and small portions. I usually avoid them, but recently, after a long absence, I thought I would give it another try. I found a large piece of steel thread from a metal dishwashing detergent in the food. I took the food back, and the lady behind the counter thanked me very kindly and said she would notify the kitchen. I would have expected a little more from this, maybe a replacement or something like that, but she walked away nicely and did her job. At that moment, I vowed to never come here again…
Today I ate the Chef choice. It was very delicious.
I'm writing for the cafe part at the entrance of the building. The woman with short hair is extremely rude, talking always slang to the customers. I speak Hungarian as well. She is always grumpy, angry and talking super bad after customers departure. She is not answering to your words "jo napot" or "köszönöm". These two words are the basic of service.
This was not the first time the meat was raw, in case of complaint they were the ones to take it up (and I pointed out the problem gently and politely). Some members of the staff can behave extremely rudely with the guests. I always regret choosing this restaurant among the restaurants in the area…
