Horrible atmosphere, stressed employees probably because of the boss above them. An older lady with a gloomy face could really put on a little smile and kindness! Sad…. You would run away seeing this.

I would expect to be treated nice by the sellers, and not hurried with their "help" if I just want to look around before I buy what I want. And it was my second visit in this particular tea shop..but yeah, shame on me if you full me twice...

Csak a filteres teáról tudok nyilatkozni: a sima ajándék teaválogatást "átcsomagolták" Winter Selectionre, amivel még nem is lenne gond (bár furcsa benyomást kelt). De a teák benne átlagos minőségnek mondhatók, mint pl. a Teekanne, Lipton, Pickwick, és közben jóval drágább. Tipikus morzsalék van a filterben. Ennyi pénzért érdemes a Dallmayr téli kollekciót választani, amibe valóban tealeveleket raknak bele, nem amit a "földről felsepernek". A zöld teánál a kétszeres lefőzést hanyagoljuk, mert még egynek is elég gyenge. Szóval nagy csalódás. A kiszolgálók kedvesek voltak.
