Cosy Cafe is a genuinely great spot for breakfast, and they definitely don’t skimp on portions. The full English breakfast really hits the spot. Perfectly cooked sunny-side up eggs, crispy bacon, juicy sausages, and fresh bread, all made just the way it should be, using quality ingredients. I even made a few small changes to my order, and they handled it without any fuss. The dishes are hearty and full of flavor, and the service is quick, which is a big plus in the morning! If you’re looking for a satisfying brunch in Budapest, this place is a great choice.

We had a great experience at this café! The pancakes were delicious and beautifully served, and the coffee was excellent — exactly what we needed. The staff was very friendly, polite, and always smiling, which made us feel really welcome. The café was also very clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. We had read really positive reviews about this place before we came to Budapest so we made it our first stop after checking in to our hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We ordered an avocado toast and eggs royale and a chia seed pudding and American pancakes for dessert. The presentation of the food when it came was really good and the taste was even better. An amazing little cafe that we would highly recommend to anyone who visits Budapest! We’ve only given it 4 stars for atmosphere because when we arrived it was quiet (we were the only people downstairs) but it was starting to fill up and become more lively as we were going to leave.

The welcome was great, the staff was extremely friendly. The place has a pleasant atmosphere, the message board deserves a special point. We ordered a salmon croissant and a local club sandwich with lemonade and freshly squeezed orange juice. The food was delicious. The salmon sandwich could have had more salad than elsewhere. The club sandwich was more of a pulled pork sandwich. And in winter the lemonade could have been less of a pile of ice. My only problem was that the freshly squeezed orange juice was bitter, we pointed this out, but they didn't change it, saying that's how it is, we didn't get any other alternative, and they even charged us so that we obviously left it on the table. Please handle this more professionally next time. But I recommend the place regardless.
