Caffè Vergnano

The best: coffee. They also have some cold and different options of coffees. Some tables to seat but basically is self-service. Got a great capuccino and ham-cheese croissant that was good. Attention can be faster tho. They even forgot the croissants I ordered so I had to come back and ask again. Nice to sit and stay for hours.

The place itself and the coffee was awesome. Simple fast and delicious. Don't understand why people think it should be a Michelin star place . Its quick fast and cheap thank you guys keep up the good work!

Stood at the counter, nobody talked to me. Sat down, then I was told to place my order at the counter. Did so, paid. Asked the barista if it's ok to sit down, will they bring my coffee. She said sure. Waited around, did not bring my coffee. Then was told they have no table service. Bad experience.

The staff, mainly the girl at the counter, was quite rude. When I asked for an extra spoon, she handed it to me dismissively. When we asked for information about coffee, she didn't even bother to listen properly. They didn't have any chocolate available, so we couldn't have hot chocolate or chocolate coffee. One of the guys at the counter was busy talking on the phone, and we couldn't sit down because the tables weren't cleared. Overall, it was a very bad experience. I tasted the coffee first in Allee mall, it was good and the the boy was so helpful that's why I decided to go in arena mall as well. The coffee wasn't that much good also.

Good coffee. Good pastries. Very kind and friendly service.
