Baráti Kávézó 2

Spent 2 days in Budapest with friends. Great atmosphere, as it is located on the busiest spot, on Nagykorut. Nice drinks, Turkish water pipe (shisha). Also, good place to chill and people watch. The trams are running every other minute and their 'noise' are pretty romantic. Lots to see nearby: Octogon, Andrássy utca, Heroes' Square, Museums, Galleries... And of course many other hospitality industries. Trams, buses, trollies running to and from 24/7 around here. Cheap place, nice staff (most of them). Good got people with disabilities (physical). Wide eange of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Pizza also available on site, though not the best quality. Definitely worth a visit. Note that the shisha is only available after 6 pm every day!

We went there for shisha and drinks. Deffinetly we will vist them again. There were many options for tobacco.

The food is great and the price is good as well. We selected them to have some shisha for the birthday party. We had 6 shishas, but sadly none of them was really good. Sometime too much coal, sometimes too less and even the taste was not the best. Take into account that I have lot of experiences with shishas, so the bar might be high, but I have already been to better shisha places in Budapest.

The waitress was really kind and help us feel nice and cozy. The meal was delicious and the beer too. You can even pay with a card which was great.

Baráti Kávézó is an ok place if you just want a beer in the körút. It's located near the city center, they have outside seating, so smokers are more than welcome. They also have a lot of space and tables inside, but it feels kind of depressing, especially in the summertime. The staff is ok, the service is ok, the toilets are clean, so overall the place is decent. They have an ATM right outside and they also serve some fast food.
