Contemporary clothing, shoes, homeware & accessories plus a café in an old locksmith's shop....
I had a wonderful experience visiting this place this morning! I wasn’t in the best mood because I had a bad experience at the café I visited right before, but as soon as I walked in, the clean and well-organized space instantly made me feel more at ease. Whilst browsing the incense sticks, a short-haired blonde staff member kindly explained about them and even lit one so I could experience the scent, which really lifted my mood even more. When I purchased the incense sticks, she thoughtfully offered to wrap them in paper, preventing them from breaking in my bag — I really appreciated that. I also asked if it would be possible to get some tap water for my water bottle from the café which was part of the store, and she reassured me that it should be fine, and if not, she would get it from the staff room. As expected, the café staff was also kind enough to provide me with tap water. Overall, it was such a positive and refreshing experience, especially after the unpleasant one I had earlier. Thank you!
Voo is one of the coolest stores I ever visited in Berlin. They sell carefully selected designer products, mostly fashion and clothing! The store is really vast and spacious, and it’s located next to a beautiful courtyard. Moreover, they have an in-house cafe which makes it even more pleasing to visit. I really enjoyed the retail experience at Voo.
cutest store and café with great matcha and filter coffee and some of my fav baked goods (sofi lemon poppy cake and la maison banana bread and more hehe) beautiful courtyard and cool for interior browsing, finding a new fancy fav scent or an elevated piece of clothing — super friendly barista!
Certainly a unique fashionable store that has a serious enough a coffee shop that makes it alone worth a trip. The clothes are fashionable, many quite cutting edge and also very much expensive. The coffee is new wave and is very well made within the style. Espressos too acidic as usual, milk drinks and filter decent to very good. Overall a fun and comfortable experience.
I like to treat myself to a specific perfume when I visit Berlin 🇩🇪, and it’s available at the store. The atmosphere was really cool, very trendy. if you’re looking to really treat yourself to something or looking for some high-end designer gear 100% recommend check this place out. Spaces like this can feel intimidating if you don’t feel cool enough for that, but the stuff was so friendly. I honestly didn’t feel any type of way being in there. I spent a good 20 minutes in there, smelling different fragrances and just having a look around and the staff were really kind smiled at me every time we made eye contact. Nobody bothered me I didn’t feel like I was being treated any type of way (something I look out as a black shopper and solo traveller). They also have a coffee machine and seating if you’re a bit tired and want to pick me up. They had some really cool magazines that you could buy, including their own. Definitely recommend this place, even for the experience.
