Very arrogant and unfriendly waitress, you could tell she didn't enjoy her job at all. Brown hair with a bobby pin. First of all there was nobody at the counter (which would be understandable if you needed to go to the toilet) but then it was over 10 minutes and there wasn't even a break sign or anything. After I ordered she gave me a cold roll and said she had just put it on. It can't have just been put on if I had waited 10 minutes for someone to even show up. After I sat down on a bench a second person came over and the two of them took another break, this time with a break sign. I'm sorry but I would definitely fire staff like that. I don't know about the other one, maybe she's friendly but definitely that one. I regretted getting it so much - never again.

I visited the Twistcafé in Stuttgart and the experience was very disappointing. I asked for vanilla ice cream, but they didn't have any. Then I wanted two scoops of ice cream in a sweet pastry, but there was only one available. I then ordered a non-alcoholic mojito, which was also sold out. When I pointed out that this was poor organization, the salesperson simply replied arrogantly, "You're late." I find this completely unprofessional. Firstly, she doesn't know me enough to simply address me informally, and secondly, I don't get the feeling that the customer is the focus here. On the contrary: The salesperson behaved extremely arrogantly, as if I was there for her, instead of her being there for the customers. Very rude and disrespectful! In the end, I paid €16.80 for two scoops of ice cream without even receiving a "thank you." For the prices charged here, the service and the way they treat guests is very poor. In my opinion, the Google rating of 2.6 is even too high compared to what's on offer. Very rude, arrogant, and absolutely not recommended.

Definitely worth a visit – I got a mixed soft serve with raspberries. The highlight is that the ice cream is served in a Baumkuchen cone – there are also various flavor options. So after this ice cream, you won't need anything else for a while. I thought it was great.
