We haven’t tried food menu yet but their cake is really good. Not too sweet but good portion and nice flavour. Service is always lovely and punctual. Price is also reasonable. One of our favourites in Nollendorf kiez. The cafe is not small with many seatings on the back but weekends are too crowded for us to go in. But we hope to try breakfast someday!
Very nice Ambiente, food looks incredible and also tastes decent The cortado was quite small, the juice however a very nice amount, even though the prices were quite high
Let me say that I love the Kreuzberg original location of the Visit. The roasters and environment there. However, the other branches never seem to be able to hold the comparison. Yesterday my husband and I were walking around Schöneberg and looking for a place to sit and work, so of course I thought of the Visit. When we got there it was quite empty, technically perfect to use it as a work place. We noticed the stickers on all of the tables in the main area/window that says “no laptops allowed” and only the back of the room was free for laptop users. As it is quite hot and the place wasn’t full, I don’t understand why we had to sit all the way to the back to leave all the space empty, but rules are rules I guess. Then I go to order and see it’s a cash only place (this is not the case for other branches). When the coffee arrived (note: I always only order an americano), it definitely did not taste like the usual Visit blend. I often purchase beans so I am very familiar with the taste. The service was quite fast and normal. We didn’t eat. The wifi password was written at the counter but we couldn’t find any wifi so had to connect to another free one in the area- which only worked on 1 laptop, resulting in us having to use our phone data. All in all I can’t say we had a pleasant experience because all I saw were restrictions and we didn’t feel the same atmosphere as the Kreuzberg branch, that we know and love. I don’t know what’s been happening with these franchises but the brand identity is getting lost.
An espresso crafted by a skilled roaster always contains a touch of acidity. However, the one I had tasted as if half a lemon had been squeezed into it — overwhelmingly sour. Clearly noticeable sourness in espresso is a flaw. The atmosphere was pleasant and the croissants were fresh. Looking forward to meeting again over a better espresso experience.
Food Quality: delicious brunch options. Fresh ingredients put together in a beautiful way. Portions: very nice portions. Was very happy with the quantity of food. Drinks: smoothies, juices, coffee, tea, etc. Price: $$ very good prices for yummy food. Totally worth it. Service: self order at counter and then the items are brought over to you. Very friendly and fast. Atmosphere: cozy inside space with some tables and a bar overlooking the street, and during summer and good weather, lots of tables outside on the sidewalk. Highlights: good yummy brunch options. Payment Method: CC, cash
