The Barn

One of the most lovely cafe experiences we’ve had… friendly welcome, beautiful coffee and a surprise Sunday morning cupping taster-session which brought a way-too-rare sense of community to a disparate group of coffee drinkers. Thank you to the baristas Santiago and Marco for a lovely welcome!

My taste palate changed after covid & coffee was tasting like cigarette water to me. Life was becoming grey, I thought I'd have to stop drinking my once favourite beverage. I shared my experience with Sara the barista & she recommended the aneorobic bean from Ethiopia "Shantawene". I had the feeling like she saved my life. Thank you, Sara.

A truly lovely specialty café. The coffee is excellent (properly dialed-in and served with care), the space is cozy, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable without being pretentious. One of those places you’re happy to discover.

Best coffee we have experienced whilst travelling in Europe. We are from Melbourne, Australia (we love our local coffee culture), and struggled to find decent coffee whilst travelling throughout Europe over the last 3 weeks. The coffee here was strong, flavoursome and made correctly. Good food choices for breakfast or a quick snack also. A credit to Marco and Zoe! Highly recommend!

The Barn is a lovely spot — bright, airy, and perfect for getting work done or holding a meeting. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made settling in easy. My only breakfast gripe: I was hoping for freshly squeezed juice but they only had bottled/soda-style juice options, which felt a bit off for a morning visit. Used to remember more pastry choices on previous trips, but maybe I arrived late and they’d sold out. All in all, a reliable place to focus and recharge.
