Hip counter-serve joint supplying creative tea, coffee & fruit drinks with boba & other toppings....
I come here quite often and the service together with the quality are quite decent for Berlin. Only downside so far was that you can only pay by card starting from 10€ (so impossible for one person to pay by card). Tonight, however, I was deeply disappointed. I have a pretty severe lactose intolerance and always make sure to ask for lactose-free milk. I’ve had tea with lactose-free milk from this place multiple times and it was all ok so far. This time after having received my drink, I’ve glanced at the counter and have seen that the lactose-free bottle was suspiciously far from the staff member preparing the drink. I asked the person who handed me the drink whether it’s lactose-free and they, together with the cashier assured me it was (how could they know? They didn’t make it…). I decided to not get paranoid and just left with it. Of course, several minutes after downing half of a small cup, I felt cramps in my stomach. It hurts really bad and since it’s not the first time I’ve ever had milk, I knew what the pain was coming from. This is an extremely disappointing experience that didn’t only ruin my evening (I was unable to have dinner because of the pain), but also made me want to stay away from this place from now on. Come on, when someone is asking for a certain adjustment, take it seriously!! 😡
I tried the Ube Brown Sugar Deerioca with Crème Brûlée. It was really nice and creamy, with a great balance of flavors. The presentation was very good. I really enjoyed it.
Taste is great! I’d say it’s the best bubble tea shop I’ve tried in Berlin in terms of flavor. It’s a Taiwanese franchise. However, the lines are always long, and prices are on the higher side. It’s mainly for take-away; there are only a few seats inside, and it can get very crowded. No restroom available.
Decent franchised bubble tea shop. I have visited several braches in Korea before and this time the taste was the same. It is kinda sad that in Berlin it is crowded every time and I need to wait in the long que, but still they offer me good drink and service
When I arrived, I had high expectations for the place and the drinks. My friend and I ordered two different ones, but the taste was not what we expected, and we felt sick after drinking them(The drinks)
