They also take deliveries. Worst service I have witnessed, it’s run by a family who got no clue about their system. An old woman was just too lazy to go down to bring my packet and blamed it that system does not work on the weekend. Went couple of hours later and her son gave the packet to me. But it took him good 20 mins to find it. Avoid this place at all cost

I have ordered packages here a couple of times. They are really bad at managing it. Their system can never scan my ID, even though it works on all other Hermes and DHL package shops. They told me my ID was not valid, just wasn't true.

Nice little family business but better do the math again, because I have not been given enough change several times

Watch your change. I had to pay €2.70. Funny as he is, he said "€270 hehe" - I gave him a €10 note, he gave me change and said "here's your €2.30"... I almost said it was €230 and was so confused that I didn't notice he'd forgotten a €5. Ten seconds later, I went back inside and asked... "Noooo, I gave you €7.30, two €1 coins, etc..." which doesn't make any sense based on the coins I had in my pocket... and I definitely didn't get a bill. The people with me could also confirm his €2.30 change, but no chance...
