Welcoming coffeehouse with handcrafted coffee, espresso & tea, plus breakfast, lunch & pastries....
They charged for tip and even they don’t ask it. I ordered for small Americano, I got the large one, they simply refused to provide the small one. The worst experience.
My experience at this Starbucks was extremely frustrating. The service was slow, disorganized, and far from professional. On multiple occasions, the staff responded in a harsh manner, even raising their voices instead of offering assistance an attitude that is completely unacceptable in a place that should prioritize customer service. The atmosphere felt tense and anything but welcoming, and it’s clear that proper training on how to interact with customers is seriously lacking. Honestly, I do not recommend this location. A complete rethink of how customer interactions are handled is urgently needed.
The coffee was surprisingly tasty, more than average tasty. But waiting time and prices were disappointing. There were not enough employees for such a popular location. And for such service, 7€ for a coffee, the price is not justified.
They have toilets $.50 euro tip. This is a very busy starbucks right next to the Brandenburg gate. They are fast and efficient with a full menu as you would expect at Starbucks. If it's super cold outside, this is a great place to stop and get warm and use the toilet.
The location of this Starbucks is perfect, just a few steps away from the Brandenburg Gate. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end, as I was very disappointed with the toilets. They are not free, even for customers, and cost 50 cents to use. There is a security person at the entrance collecting money. The toilet is also not disabled-friendly, requiring you to go down a significant number of steps. Inside, it was unpleasant, with messages scratched into the mirrors, walls covered in marker pen graffiti, and stickers everywhere. It would be more acceptable if the toilets were free, but since there is a charge, you would expect a certain standard of cleanliness and maintenance.
