The coffee was delicious, the service was good, but it took them 15 minutes to take our order (I had to go to the counter). And we were craving chocolate cake. You can see from the photo that it isn't (it's a chocolate sponge with a kind of cream or cheese filling that tastes like chocolate).

The best espresso in Berlin! Finally we found a place where you can enjoy your coffee. At hello was a great smile from the waitress, then barista smiled at us, where were you before?! It just made the Berlin trip warmer and nicer. Thank You for looking after us.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent place for a quick pit stop in a central location. The Aperol Spritz was particularly tasty. Staff are very attentive, especially the tall guy. Would definitely recommend a visit if you find yourself in Alexanderplatz.

Absolutely fantastic experience! We had an amazing breakfast here — fresh, flavorful and satisfying — followed by a delicious dessert that was simply perfect. During our two-day stay in Berlin, we started both mornings at Segafredo, and it was the best decision we could’ve made. No regrets whatsoever — in fact, on our next visit to Berlin, this place is already marked as a must-visit spot. Highly recommended!

It’s right by the Berlin TV Tower—perfect while you wait for your time slot. Part of a famous Italian chain, it offers all the usual Italian coffee-bar snacks and drinks. Prices are on the high side thanks to the main-street location, so I’d use it just for a quick bite. Quality is good, and I recommend it for a snack stop.
