The waiters are very rude. Not visiting again

Worst place ever. Waiters are super aggressive and incompetent. Waisted 1 hour of our life’s there without being served. At least we saw one of the waiters starting a fight with a guest hahah.

The chicken nuggets were dry and probably microwaved. They also added 2 euro to my order från for no reason. The water is expensive and bad service. Worst resturant in Berlin.

The worst cappuccino I've ever had in Berlin. They could put more effort in doing what they do

It was a terrible experience for me. The food was actually okay, the staffs (1 old and 1 young man) seemed friendly at first. Then the old man kept talking loud, scoulding someone on phone. We were still eating and no one else was there. It was already uncomfortable. As we were about to pay, they supposed to give back 75€ as change but the old man gave 70€ instead. When my friend nicely asked him about it, he started to say bad words to my friend (like saying he is crazy) then he also grabbed my friend's ear (my friend didn't initiate any physical contact to him). He kept trying to offend as we were leaving the place. I was pushed too. Then we realized later that my friend's earring is missing. I cannot describe the situation very detailed, but he behaved so aggressive, it caused me fear. I've never had such a disrespectful service in my life. The young guy was helpful to us, he tried to hold back the old man. But it was traumatic for me. Based on my experience, Moccas is not recommended.
