Huge portion of food. Nice coffee. Patient with my German. Chilled. Elegant surroundings.
We had two breakfasts and drinks. The banh mi with veggie chicken was amazing – a delicious combination of flavors and a very filling portion. The egg drop with avocado was also very tasty; we had never tried anything like it before. The bun is sweet (similar to toast), with perfectly scrambled eggs and soft avocado inside. The tea with orange, hibiscus, and cinnamon was delicious. The only downside was the matcha – it was very bitter and seemed to be made from low-quality leaves (most likely a very basic, low-grade matcha). We wanted to take the tea to go, and when paying, I’m glad I checked the receipt – it included other customers’ orders. Because of this mistake, we would have paid 6 euros more. Fortunately, we managed to avoid it, and the staff member apologized for the error. Despite this, the place is really wonderful – cozy, bright, and serving very tasty food 😊
It's a small Euro-Viet cafe known to have an all day breakfast menu. Stopped by on a Sunday for coffee & banh mi. I believe they were short staffed. It took awhile to get my order in. Had Banh Mi Xa Xiu Pate, & Cafe Sua Nong. Nice window seating, with city views. Seating is limited. Coffee was solid. Banh Mi was tasty. Good balance of meat & veggies. However, i couldn't taste the pate, bc the sweet & sour sauce overwhelmed the sandwich. I think it would taste better with pate & mayonaisse. Overall, a decent spot for a quick bite. Closeby the Berlin Wall Memorial.
A very nice little breakfast/coffee spot. The egg drop sandwich was flavorful and savory, and the server very kind and gracious while providing personal recommendations and insights about the menu.
I was craving a breakfast with toast, salmon, and eggs, but since it was already 3:00 PM, I figured it would be hard to find a place still serving it. I asked the staff, and they told me the breakfast menu is available all day. So, I ordered the "Egg Drop with Salmon," and believe me, it’s incredibly delicious! I especially loved the brioche bread—perfectly toasted and delicious. The atmosphere is well-curated, and the staff makes you feel genuinely welcome. I also had a fresh-squeezed juice (and it was truly fresh, squeezed right then, not one of those pressed in the morning and stored in the fridge in a jar). I noticed they offer a variety of homemade drinks on the menu, all fresh. Next time, I’ll try those, along with some desserts. A solid 5-star rating. Well done!
