Don‘t order your Hermes package here if you don‘t have a EU ID card or passport. They just won‘t hand it to you. Better to a Späti nearby! Edit: Disappointing and revealing response from the store! I had a Swiss ID card which never caused issues before and your employees said that even a Swiss passport would not be sufficient 😂😂

Incredibly rude seller just refused a basic service when we were inside with many other clients, enough time before closing, because i spoke only basic german. After a whole rant in german when i said im sorry i don’t understand that much, the seller with visible satisfaction said he won’t help me cause of the „system”, that they have „too much cash” in the register. When i first started asking how is it possible he said with a disrespectfull smile on his face he just wanted to finish work earlier and closed the register, that doesnt care we came here from across the city cause this store was open on a holiday and that we should know german rules about holidays (we know them and this stor advertised itself as open and was open). Instead he threatened he can just throw US out of the store if he’ll feel like it. Then he served and help with their purchases other, german speaking, customers in front of me. When i took a picture of the store while leaving (attached) the seller started shouting agressively that I fotografed him (even tho he was outside the shop, next to me when the picture was taken). Then he took multiple pictures of me. The worst part was a very visible plesure from humiliating a foreigner, he seemed even more proud of himself when i said this einzahlung is an emergency and I’ll be in trouble if i won’t be able to use this service

Great place for buying international magazines and stuff. For me it's a must every time I am in Berlin.
