Nice friendly service, what a pity there aren’t in smaller city like Konstanz, Stuttgart oder Köln , you should think about it! There no many sit inside it’s more take-away but it should start to offer toilet service and a couple of sit extra

Cheap, accessible, iconic style.. especially coffees are so delicious. But only problem is store is very small 💙☕️

I just went for the first time and I will definitely be back soon. Super chill with a very clear and not overwhelming menu. And these days- incredibly AFFORDABLE. No extra charge for oat milk. Discounts for loyalty, bringing your own cup, etc. The food offerings are also minimal but excellent (pastries, cookies, bagels- I tried the almond croissant and my very picky French wife was happy with the Pain au Chocolat). Of course that's mostly moot unless the coffee is good and thankfully it is. We got espresso and a flat white. I found it balanced and flavorful and the milk was not too foamy and with an appropriate ratio. As a final bonus, the customer service was incredible. I forget about it sometimes because it's generally pretty bad in Berlin, but it makes a difference. Between the patience, banter, genuine friendliness and helpfulness I left in a better mood than I had arrived. I'll take photos next time 😅

This is one of my favourite LAP outlets. There is ample seating space outside but inside there are four small window seats. The barista here did an excellent job on my flat white. This was also the only outlet where they served it in a proper cup.
