The guy was really rude and shouted at us. He missed that we ordered a cake, and then was shouting that we can’t stay in the cafe

I ordered a vanilla coffee at Espresso House Berlin and really liked it — smooth, sweet, and not overpowering. The café itself has a cozy vibe with plenty of space to sit and relax. Prices are a bit higher than average, but the quality and comfortable atmosphere make it a good spot for a coffee break.

Worst service I've ever received, I have to say that there was just one woman that day attending. When I went to order the woman basically got mad because she was "doing something else" and I interrupted her for asking her to take my order. I received a matcha latte that almost didn't have matcha and was basically milk. She basically kicked me out of the cafeteria 30min before their closing time because I was the only one in the cafeteria and she wanted to leave soon. I really like this chain, but this specific location is terrible.

Always been a fan of Espresso House..this is my second E.H. in my second country. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere friendly. I had a flat white and baguette ceaser chicken. They warmed it out for me and it was delicious. I went for lunch and it was full. The products are fairly priced.
