Espresso House

Cozy cafe, chill music and furniture with some yummy coffees. The Christmas late is quite sweet but tasty. The big coffees are a lot so prepare!

I came here weekly for over 2 years, so I am familiar with the servers, managers, and even the regional manager. Sadly around half a year ago they changed managers and since then its been downhill. New servers are EXTREMELY unhelpful and rude. Managers don't keep the stock updated for mobile orders. Orders are made incorrectly, to go containers used as default, drinks too sweet or poorly mixed. It's a disaster. I tolerated the filthy toilet situation the whole time, but might as .mention that. The renovation seems to have reduced moisture problems but it's just as dirty. Nearly always out of soap and paper towels. Hoping regional will read this and bring the old management back. I'll be moving to a small local coffee shop across the street.

Surprisingly clean and spacious space as well as bathroom, which is located in the basement. I always like Espresso house when it was only in Sweden. I am happy that there are more in Berlin now, especially they keep the tradition of offering free water like in Sweden. And this one is well maintained.

A very cozy and comfortable cafe with spacious indoor area. I was going to a Starbucks today, but I was attracted by this lovely and cozy cafe before I arrived the Starbucks. It offers various tables and sits inside which satisfy different ppl’s needs. Laptops are also welcomed here which means you can work, study and meet with friends or customers there. I ordered salted caramel latte today, it’s good with nice service. I stay there from 2pm to 6 pm, actually it’s not crowded and noisy, so I guess it’s good for work and study is you want, as they offer a very big table for you. You can see from my pics below. For small good, they also offer some sandwich and cakes which look nice.

The cafe really gave me a nice ambience! I just had a Flat white from there and it was good 😀 You could zoom in my pictures for seeing the prices 😉 I really enjoyed their architecture and table arrangement. I really could vision myself going there again and working on by enjoying their service, probably with some pastry next time!! Recommend 🙌🏻
