Great Irish coffee! The Kellnerin is a sweetheart.

Great location and good coffee. But the worst service ever. Unfriendly and patronising. You can tell they hate tourists! Ordered an oat-milk cappuccino. Noticed they prepared it with normal milk so I pointed it out. The man just scoffed and said I had no clue what I was talking about. I left with it and tried it. Sure enough, it was regular milk. Went back and asked for a change. The man scoffed again and do a new one form the same link containers. Regular milk again. I decided to leave and just accept that I lost my money. I cannot really drink it but well, hopefully the review helps others to avoid this place!

This place is somewhat hidden on the backside of the cathedral and down some stairs. We visited on an afternoon in April 2025 to have coffee drinks and cake. They were good. The terrace by the river was a little cool that day, so we chose to be inside.

This is a super tiny café, but they have a wide choice of cakes, which is great if you're craving something sweet. It's a nice spot for a quick stop, and when the weather is warm, I highly recommend sitting outside to enjoy the lovely view of the river. A perfect little break!

Absolutely lovely place to have a coffee and waffle by the river, there are a lot of sparrows nearby who come and join you and would like to eat some of your food My wife was not a fan of that but I didn’t mind Enjoyed this visit the do do deals with waffle and coffee which we had very yum
